Bin Cleaning Machine
The proposed Bin Cleaning Machine is a front manual loading, single-chamber rotary basket washer with an integrated drying function. It operates in three key stages: loading/unloading, pressurized spray washing, and compressed air drying. The machine features a common chamber for both washing and drying, with a pneumatically operated front canopy. It includes a clean tank system for the washing liquid, equipped with drain valves and liquid level indicators. Electric heaters maintain optimal temperature control for the washing liquid.
For efficient filtration, the system uses either a paper band filtration or SS housing filter with a filter bag and skimmer to remove oil contamination. The high-pressure spray pump is paired with dedicated nozzles that ensure thorough cleaning of the bin surfaces, including intricate pockets and holes. A cold air blow system removes excess liquid, followed by manual air gun drying. The entire process is controlled by a PLC or relay logic-based control panel with safety interlocks. Bins/Trays are loaded manually into a fixture basket, which rotates during the cleaning cycle, ensuring effective coverage and cleaning of all surfaces.
Machine Features
- Rotary basket type Bin/Tray Cleaning machine with Fixture for keeping the bin. Machine construction is in S.S.304 i.e. tank, chamber, internal piping, External piping, fixture basket, nozzles & fixture. But base frame, tank insulation, vertical supports are in M.S
- Pneumatically opening and closing of front chamber door.
- Alkaline solution used with 94-95% water & 5-6% alkaline chemical at temperature of 55-60 degree.
- Triplicate filtration system which includes Strainer filter with magnetic rings, Paper band filtration system of 10-15 micron so as to remove the dirt and increase the solution life and even save the mechanical seal failure and ultimately save the running cost of the machine. or S.S. Strainer filter with bag.
- In one tank two separate zones with partition & sufficient slope having 2 nos drains with valve for complete drain of the tank i.e. Dirty zone & Clean zone separate & the capacity of tank is 350-400 liters.
- Belt type oil skimmer to remove the oil from the solution so as to get good cleanliness & increase solution life.
- High pressure pump with spray pressure 15-20 kg /cm.sq
- Fixture with Bin/Tray location with soft contact if required.
- Compressed Cold air blow for partial Bin drying
- PLC or Relay logic based electrical control panel with three tier tower lamp.
- Bin orientation horizontal with dedicated nozzle orientation with extended pieces if required towards the corners for specific washing of intricate cavities which follows the entire washing of the bin & manually drying the bin by air gun so as to get the required drying results.
- Fumes removal blower will be given to arrest the fumes from exhaust.
- Cycle time for cleaning & drying can be adjusted with timer.
- Achieve the required cleanliness level.
